  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 lb brisket
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard


  1. Set oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Layer the oil, onions then brisket in a roasting pan.

  3. Mix together all the sauces and spices in bowl well.

  4. Pour over the brisket and cover with foil. Roast for 2 and a half hours.

  5. Remove brisket from oven and slice to allow the sauce to enter.
