Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Honey Mustard Brisket

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
- 1 onion sliced
- 4 lb brisket
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
Instructions

Set oven to 325 degrees.

Layer the oil, onions then brisket in a roasting pan.

Mix together all the sauces and spices in bowl well.

Pour over the brisket and cover with foil. Roast for 2 and a half hours.

Remove brisket from oven and slice to allow the sauce to enter.
