Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Honey Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil for frying
- 2 celery stalks sliced thin
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1/2 cup cashews chopped
Sauce
- 3/4 cup zevia orange soda
- 1/3 cup Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
- 3 Tbsp wheat free tamari sauce
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions

Heat up the oil in a big frying pan and stir fry the celery for 3 minutes. Take them out of the skillet.

Stir fry the chicken for 5 minutes. Pour the cashews over the chicken and cook for 25 minutes.

Mix the veggies with the chicken.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the chicken.
