Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Honey Almond Crispy Chicken
- 1 1/2 lb chicken cutlets cut into thick strips
- Extra virgin olive oil for dipping
- 2 cups crushed almonds
- Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute for drizzling over
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Prep a baking pan by lining and greasing.
Put the oil in one bowl and almonds in another. Coat each strip in oil then almonds then arrange on the baking pan.
Bake for about 13 minutes.
Drizzle the honey over the chicken and return to the oven for 8 more minutes.
