  • 12 whole tomatoes diced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion sliced thin
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tsp dried oregano flakes
  • 1 tsp basil flakes
  • 6 garlic cloves sliced
  • Pink Himalayan Salt a pinch
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp swerve
  • 2 tsp hot pepper sauce


  1. Fry the onions in a frying pan until clear.

  2. Mix in all the other ingredients well. Bring to a boil then put on low for 45 minutes.

  3. Smush any vegetable chunks until soft.

  4. You can then use the sauce like that or cool and blend to get to smoother texture. It should still retain the chunky consistency though for best results so don't blend too long.
