Ingredients

  • cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 scallion diced
  • 2 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
  • 3 Tbs mustard
  • 7 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the chicken into a bowl and mix well. Marinate the chicken in it for 2 hours minimum in the fridge.

  2. Heat up a grill. Grill for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
