Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Grilled Herb Tuna Skewers (SK)
- 2 lb tuna steak cubed
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 4 fresh oregano sprigs
- 4 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 6 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Skewer the tuna onto the wooden sticks and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the tuna using a regular grill or a grill pan for about 3 minutes each side, or to however long your preference is.
Put all the herb mix ingredients into a food processor and blend.
Top the tuna with the herb mix on both sides.
