Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Grilled Chicken Steaks

Ingredients
- 4 chicken steaks
Marinade
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Mix all the marinade ingredients well and put into large ziploc bag. Put the chicken in and shake around to coat well. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.

Grease a large grill pan and put on high heat. Let the pan sufficiently heat up before putting in chicken.

Lower to medium-high and put the chicken in. Grill for 7-10 minutes on each side.
