Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Greek Salad
- 2 large bell peppers diced
- 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 cucumbers sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 oz feta cheese cubed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 purple onion diced
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 lb black olives
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix the mayo and spices in a small bow.
Mix all other ingredients in your salad serving bowl.
Pour mayo mix over the salad and toss until fully coated and combined.
