Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Fudge Pops

Ingredients
- 12 Oz Pinot Noir
- 3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbs Bulletproof Chocolate Powder
- 1/3 Cup Swerve Confectioners
- 4 Oz Cream cheese At room temperature
- 1/2 Cup Lilly's Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions

Bring the wine to a slow boil in a small saucepan on medium-low heat

Pour in the chocolate chips and cream cheese

Use a small whisk to combine until fully melted and smooth

Add the cream, swerve and chocolate powder

Continuously whisk together for about two minutes

Pour mixture into a liquid measuring cup, preferably with a spout to pour

Divide evenly into 12 ice pop molds

Place a stick into each mold

Freeze overnight

Store in freezer up to a month
