Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Fried Avocado
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup crushed almonds
Put the egg in one bowl, crushed almonds in another and flour mixed with all the spices in another.
Slice avocados into about 8 slices.
Cover in in flour, then egg then almonds. Fry for about 60 seconds in oil.
