Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Fresh Caprese Salad Stacks

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cut into slices
- 3 tomatoes cut into same amount of slices as mozzarella
- 8 basil leaves
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- organo sprinkled on top
Instructions

Stack or display a pattern of the tomato and mozzarella as you wish, you can follow the way I made it in the picture or make it in a line etc. Mix together the salt, vinegar, and oil, then drizzle on top.

Top with the basil and oregano.
