Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto French Hollandaise Sauce
- 4 oz boilng water
- 6 oz unsalted butter softened
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Simmer half an inch of water in sauce pan, then use a heat proof bowl to whisk the butter and egg yolks over it.
Gradually pour in the boiling water and whisk for 10 minutes until fully thickens.
Remove from the heat and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Leave it over the water to stay warm.
