Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Flavorful Rib Roast

Ingredients
- 4 lb rib roast
- 1/4 cup wheat free tamari sauce
- 1/2 tsp grinded ginger
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
Instructions

Set the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all the ingredients other than meat in a bowl.

Set meat into a baking dish and douse in the sauce. Put meat in the oven and cook until the inside has a center temperature of about 130 degrees, could put in for longer if you want to be less rare. Check the temperature using a meat thermometer.
