Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Falafel Balls

 

Ingredients:

Makes 10 Falafel Balls

 

1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

3 Garlic cloves minced

1 Cup riced cauliflower

3/4 Cup Almond flour

1 Tbs cumin

1 Tsp cayenne pepper

4 Tbs Parsley chopped very finely

2 Large eggs

Light olive oil for cooking

In a large bowl mix all ingredients except for the oil

In a small skillet heat up oil about 1/2 inch high

Use an ice cream scooper to make 10 balls

Fry a few at a time for about 3-4 minutes on each side until begins to brown

Remove and serve with Tehini Sauce recipe above
