Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Cumin Meatballs (SK)
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste
- 2 large onion diced
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and form into golf ball sized balls.
Bring a small pot of water to a boil and boil as many meatballs that fit in at a time for about 2 minutes without covering.
Remove with a spoon.
