Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Crunchy Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 lb white mushrooms
- 2 cup crushed almonds
- 3 eggs
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- black pepper
- olive oil for frying
Instructions

Cut off all the stems of the mushrooms and peel them.

Bring out two bowls. In one bowl beat the eggs with the salt and pepper. In the other put the crushed almonds.

Roll each mushroom in the egg and then coat in the almonds.

Prepare a pan with the oil and put on high heat. Fry the mushrooms until they turn a nice golden brown or for a few minutes.
