Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Crock Pot Roast

Ingredients
- 4 lbs any type of roast
- 2 lbs sliced onions
- 1 garlic head crushed
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- black pepper
Instructions

Fry meat lightly and then stew it slowly in a oiled pot.

Put in the onions and garlic and add 1/4 cup of water.

Cook on low for 9 hours.

Once it's ready take it out of the crock pot, let it cool and slice it.

The remaining ingredients in the crock pot can be blended and used as a sauce which turns out quite great.
