Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Crispy Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups crushed almonds
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions

Wash cauliflower and cut into bite size florets.

Beat the eggs in one bowl and mix the almonds, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt in another.

Coat each cauliflower floret in egg and then in the crunchy mixture.

To Bake: Put the coated florets on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

To fry, heat up 3 inches of your choice of frying oil and fry a full batch at a time until golden brown. Place on paper towel when done.
