  • 6 shitake mushrooms diced
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • chopped parsley garnish


  1. Heat up the butter in a large frying pan.

  2. Sauté the garlic on low for 1 minute. Raise heat to medium and add in the mushrooms and spices. Mix slowly for 5 minutes.

  3. Mix in the xanthan gum and all other ingredients. Mix well until nice and smooth, add a bit more xanthan gum if not thick enough.
