Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Heat up the butter in a large frying pan.
Sauté the garlic on low for 1 minute. Raise heat to medium and add in the mushrooms and spices. Mix slowly for 5 minutes.
Mix in the xanthan gum and all other ingredients. Mix well until nice and smooth, add a bit more xanthan gum if not thick enough.
