Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Creamy Cashew Sauce on Zoodles

Ingredients
- 2 cup zoodles
- 2 cup roasted and salted cashews
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp basil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Instructions

Soak the cashews in a bowl of water for 2 hours.

Drain the cashews and put into a food processor with all the other ingredients except the zoodles. Blend until smooth.

Pour over the zoodles and enjoy!
