Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Coffee Liqueur
This takes a week to make but lasts a long time. Once you make it, you'll be addicted.
- 12 oz vodka no need for name brand
- 12 oz dark rum
- 1 cup whole coffee beans whole
- 4 vanilla beans split
- 2 cups swerve
- 2 cups water
In a large jar add the vodka, the rum, the coffee beans and the vanilla.
Cover and shake the bottle and set it down on a shelf.
Shake the bottle 2-3 times a day. You will see the color start to turn dark.
After 7 days make a syrup of the swerve and water.
Using a strainer, remove the vanilla beans and coffee beans.
Add the syrup and the liqueur mixture together. (At this point I use 2 different bottles).
Your can store this at room temperature or over ice.
Sip and enjoy.
