Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Coconut Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
- 2 egg beaten
- 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Mix the onion, garlic, shredded coconut, black pepper and oregano. Put it in one bowl and the eggs in another.

Coat each piece in egg and then in the coconut mix. Fry in oil all the way through until it turns golden brown.
