Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Chocolate Dalgona
- 2 egg white
- 1 1/2 Tbsp swerve
- 2 Tbsp Ghirardelli Cocoa Powder
- 2 cup half heavy cream half water
Whip the egg whites until it stiffens up. Pour in the swerve and whipe until begins to peak and get sticky.
Add in cocoa powder and whisk in until fully mixed.
Fill 2 cups with the half n half and top with the whipped mixture.
