  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 5 oz kale
  • 5 oz baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 red onion sliced thin
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced in quarters
  • 1 avocado cubed


  • Harlan's Basil Salad Dressing


  1. Set the oven to 425.

  2. Prepare a baking pan and bake chicken for about 15 minutes.

  3. Cut into strips and add into a large bowl with all the rest of the ingredients. Top with a cup of the basil salad dressing and toss well.
