Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Chicken, Kale and Spinach Salad
- 4 chicken breasts
- 5 oz kale
- 5 oz baby spinach
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 red onion sliced thin
- 1/2 cucumber sliced in quarters
- 1 avocado cubed

Set the oven to 425.
Prepare a baking pan and bake chicken for about 15 minutes.
Cut into strips and add into a large bowl with all the rest of the ingredients. Top with a cup of the basil salad dressing and toss well.
