Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Chicken in Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 lb broccoli
- 1/4 cup Wheat Free Tamari Sauce
- 2 lb chicken breasts cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Swerve Brown Sweetener
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup keto peanut butter or Harlan's Peanut Butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to broil.

Prep a baking sheet with tin foil then grease with spray.

Mix all the ingredients except for chicken and broccoli in a bowl. Add in the chicken and broccoli and mix until fully coated.

Make a single layer of the chicken and broccoli on the baking sheet and broil for 12 minutes.

Flip the chicken and return to the oven for another 9 minutes of broiling.
