Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Chicken Caesar Salad
- 2 cup romaine lettuce
- 3 lb thinly sliced chicken cutlets
- Pink Himalayan Salt to top
- black pepper to top
- 8 garlic cloves
- keto caesar salad dressing (recipe on website)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Spice the chicken with onion powder, garlic, pepper and salt.
Prepare a hot grill pan and heat up with a thin layer of grease. Grill chicken for 3 minutes on each side. Cut into chunks or strips.
Fill a large bowl with the lettuce and top with chicken and keto ceasar salad dressing. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
