Ingredients

  • 12 oz broccoli florets steamed
  • 10 oz sushi grade raw salmon cubed
  • 8 oz white cheese cubed
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 Tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 3 Tbsp Wheat Free Tamari Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the tamari, salt, pepper and onion powder together in a small bowl.

  2. Mix the broccoli, salmon and white cheese together in a bowl. Pour the tamari mix over the big bowl and mix well. Top with the black and white sesame seeds.

  3. Also goes well with spicy mayo for more of a sushi salad vibe.
