Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Caramel Mousse Topped with Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup Harlan's Caramel Cream
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sweetener
- 1 cup heavy cream
Topping
- 1 serving Harlan's Peanut Brittle
Instructions

Using an automated mixer, beat the caramel, cream cheese and vanilla extract until nice and smooth. Pour in the swerve and keep mixing until fully incorporated. Gradually add in the heavy cream and beat on the highest speed for about 3 minutes.

Pour it into a large serving dish and top with that delicious peanut brittle chunked into pieces. Refridgerate until serving.
