Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Caprese Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup black olives
- fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions

Cut the tomatoes in halves and tear the mozzarella chesse into little chunks.

Mix the tomatoes, mozzarella and black olives and mix all the other ingredients into a dressing.

Drizzle the dressing on top and enjoy.
