Ingredients

  • 3 English Cucumbers hothouse English cucumbers
  • 2 Cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 3 Tbs fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon juice only (can use more to taste)
  • 1/2 Red onion sliced very thin
  • 1 1/2 Cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Slice each cucumber into halves lengthwise
  2. Cut each cucumber into half-circle slices about 1/4 inch thick
