- 12 4 oz pieces of chicken
- 6 Tbsp butter melted
- 6 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Swerve Brown Sweetener
- 2 tsp paprika
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Put the chicken pieces skin side up in a dish for the oven.
Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Brush this mix on to each piece of chicken.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, removing halfway and flipping to coat the other side in sauce.
Serve warm for best results.
