Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Chicken Skewers
- 3 lb chicken cutlets cubed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/8 cup red wine
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp crushed parsley
Mix everything except chicken in a big bowl.
Marinate the chicken cubes in the mix for at least half an hour.
When you plan to start cooking, set the oven to broil and prepare a baking sheet.
Stick the chicken on skewers and set up on baking sheet. Broil on each side until cooked through which should be about 5 minutes.
