Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Brown Swerve Oyster Steak

Ingredients
- 3 oyster steaks
- 1/4 cup Brown Swerve
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp wheat free tamari sauce
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl then pour into a ziploc bag. Add meat in and marinate.

Let it marinate over night for best results but half an hour is good enough.

Heat a pan over high flame then cook each steak for about 4-5 minutes per side depening on how you like your steak.

Slice thinly.
