  • 12 oz broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup farmer cheese
  • 3/8 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp flax seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease a muffin tin.

  3. Blend the broccoli in a food processor but not too much, chunks should still remain.

  4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well.

  5. Take some batter at a time and form into balls then place into each mold of the tin.

  6. Bake for half an hour.
