Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Broccoli Cheese Bites

Ingredients
- 12 oz broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup farmer cheese
- 3/8 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp flax seeds
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a muffin tin.

Blend the broccoli in a food processor but not too much, chunks should still remain.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well.

Take some batter at a time and form into balls then place into each mold of the tin.

Bake for half an hour.
