Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto BLT Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 2 heads romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/2 lb uncured sugar-free bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- 2 hard boiled eggs sliced
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 avocado sliced
Dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions

Add the romaine to a large bowl and top with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, red onion and avocado.

In a small bowl, stir together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad. Toss well and serve.
