Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Blackened Salmon On The Grill

 

Ingredients:

 

Serves 4 Servings

 

4  6 Oz,  fillets of salmon

5 Tbs softened butter

1/2  Tsp oregeno

1/2  Tsp basil

1/2  Tsp fresh ground black pepper

1/2  Tsp ground white pepper

2  Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

2 Tsp cayenne pepper

1  1/2 Tbs paprika

1  1/2 Tbs onion powder

 

For this recipe you will need a Grill Topper for your barbecue




In a small bowl mix all spices

Using a silicone basting brush, coat each side of the salmon fillets with  butter

Sprinkle spices evenly on both sides of fish

Using a Grill Topper,  place on top of barbecue grill to heat up on medium- high heat

Place salmon fillets on top of Grill Topper and grill between 3-5 minutes, depending on how well you enjoy your fish

Turn fish over and grill for another 2 minutes

Enjoy with your favorite greens
