Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Blackened Salmon On The Grill

Ingredients
- 4 6 Oz fillets of salmon
- 5 Tbs softened butter
- 1/2 Tsp oregeno
- 1/2 Tsp basil
- 1/2 Tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 Tsp ground white pepper
- 2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 2 Tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbs paprika
- 1 1/2 Tbs onion powder
- For this recipe, you will need a Grill Topper for your barbecue
Instructions

In a small bowl mix all spices

Using a silicone basting brush, coat each side of the salmon fillets with butter

Sprinkle spices evenly on both sides of fish

Using a Grill Topper, place on top of barbecue grill to heat up on medium- high heat

Place salmon fillets on top of Grill Topper and grill between 3-5 minutes, depending on how well you enjoy your fish

Turn fish over and grill for another 2 minutes

Enjoy with your favorite greens
