
Ingredients
Chicken:
- 24 Oz chicken four 6 oz white or dark chicken
- 3 Tbs Olive oil or butter
- Poultry Seasoning
- Tenderizer
Salad:
- 1 head lettuce or a bag of spring greens
- 2 Ripe avocados cut in halves and sliced thin
- 1 Long English cucumber sliced thin
- 1 Whole red onion chopped into small cubes
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced in halves
- Dressing:
- 4 Tbs Olive oil
- 1 fresh lemon juice only
- 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 Pinch ground black pepper
Instructions

Using a tenderizer, hammer each piece of chicken in between two sheets of parchment paper

Dip each piece of chicken into poultry seasoning on both sides evenly

Heat up skillet on medium-high heat and add olive oil or butter

Place hammered chicken in skillet and sear on each side for 3-5 minutes

Remove and set aside

Mix salad dressing in a jar or small bowl

Plate salad and then place tenderized & blackened chicken on top and pour dressing over
