Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Blackberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup shallots diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions

Put a pan on medium high flame.

Grease the pan and sweat shallots until tender.

Pour in the blackberries and cook for 60 seconds.

Pour in the red wine. Pour in all the other ingredients and bring to a simmer until thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
