Ingredients

  • 4 6 Oz fillets of salmon
  • 5 Tbs softened butter
  • 1/2 Tsp oregeno
  • 1/2 Tsp basil
  • 1/2 Tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp ground white pepper
  • 2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 2 Tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbs paprika
  • 1 1/2 Tbs onion powder
  • For this recipe, you will need a Grill Topper for your barbecue

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl mix all spices
  2. Using a silicone basting brush, coat each side of the salmon fillets with butter
  3. Sprinkle spices evenly on both sides of fish
  4. Using a Grill Topper, place on top of barbecue grill to heat up on medium- high heat
  5. Place salmon fillets on top of Grill Topper and grill between 3-5 minutes, depending on how well you enjoy your fish
  6. Turn fish over and grill for another 2 minutes
  7. Enjoy with your favorite greens
