Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Black Olive Paté
- 8 canned anchovies
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp ground almonds
- 2 grated rind and juice of lemons
- 3 cup pitted black olives
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Put the olives, butter, lemon rinds, anchovies, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and juice into a food processor until it's finely ground.
Beat the EVOO in and mix in the crushed almonds. Put in the fridge for half an hour and serve.
