Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Beef Skewers Koobideh (SK)

Ingredients
- 16 skewers
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 3 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 2 small onion grated
- 3 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp sumac ground
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl by kneading it with your hands until fully combined. Cover and let it sit in the fridge for a while to mix the flavors together.

Take a handful of the beef mix and wrap it around a skewer. Repeat with all the rest of the beef and skewers.

Preheat a grill or a prepped greased grill pan. Keep turning them until they are fully cooked.
