Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Beef Kebabs

Ingredients:

Serves 4-6 servings

3 Pounds ground beef

2 Medium onions chopped into very small cubes

1 Cup finely chopped parsley

1 Tsp black black pepper

1 Tsp kosher salt

1 1/2 Tsp paprika

2 Tbs light olive oil

Slice an onion and red pepper separately on the side




Mix all ingredients together using your hands to combine well

Using skewers with a handful of ground beef wrap meat by applying some pressure around skewers, not too thick, so the meat will cook through and not fall off the skewers during the grilling process

Place Kebabs on grill on medium heat

When meat is partially cooked, grill sliced onion and red pepper on the side

Leave Kebabs and vegetables on grill on medium heat until golden

Plate Kebabs and grilled veggies

Serve with a small bowl of Tehini on the side:
