Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Beef Jerky
- 3/4 cup Harlan's Asian Meat Sauce
- 3/4 cup wheat free tamari sauce
- 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 1/2 lb pepper steak
- 1 Tbsp Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Mix everything except for the meat well.
Marinate pepper steak in the mixture over night in ziploc bags or tupperware.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Throw away marinade and lay out strips of steak on baking sheet.
Bake for 2.5 hourson 180 degrees, then flip and bake for 2.5 hours more.
