Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Beef Fajitas & Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pounds Steaks Round bottom sliced into strip slices
- 1 Small red onion cut in small cubes
- 3 Tbs olive oil Mild
- 2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 2 Tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tsp onion powder
- 3/4 Tsp ginger powder
- 3/4 Tsp celery seed
- 1 Tsp ground coriander
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Red bell pepper sliced into thin strips
- 1 Green bell pepper sliced into thin strips
Instructions

Heat fajita skillet with olive oil until hot

Place meat in skillet

Toss every 1 minute or so

Cook until beef looks cooked through

Add vegetables

Stir-fry until tender

Serve over cooked cauliflower rice
