Ingredients:

 

Serves 4 Servings

 

1  1/2  Pounds round bottom steaks sliced into strip slices

1 Small red onion cut in small cubes

3 Tbs Mild olive oil

2 Tsp Sea Salt

2 Tsp  garlic powder

2 Tsp onion powder

3/4 Tsp ginger powder

3/4 Tsp celery seed

1 Tsp ground coriander

1 Tsp Cumin

1 Red bell pepper sliced into thin strips

1 Green bell pepper sliced into thin strips




Heat fajita skillet with olive oil until hot

Place meat in skillet

Toss every 1 minute or so

Cook until beef  looks cooked through

Add vegetables

Stir-fry until tender

Serve over cooked cauliflower rice
