Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Bechamel Sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 Tbsp almond flour
- 3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 bay leaf
Melt the butter on medium-high flame in a small pot. Pour in the almond flour and cook for a minute. Remove from flame and let cool.
Use another pot to heat the cream, water, bay leaf and nutmeg. Combine the other pot into this one after it's heated and mix for two minutes.
