Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Basic Skirt Steak
- 1 1/2 lb skirt steak
- 2 cup coconut milk
- a pinch of dried ginger
Rinse the steaks well and pat them dry. Put them into a container and fill it up with the coconut milk.
Add in the ginger and mix it in to the liquid.
Let steak soak in this coconut milk mix for 40 minutes.
Grill in a grill pan for 60-120 seconds per side.
