Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Basic Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
- 12 oz cauliflower florets
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp swerve
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp crushed parsley
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- lemon slice garnish
Instructions

Boil the cauliflower with the water, swerve and vinegar until tender.

Mix the oil, salt, pepper, onion powder and parsley together in a bowl and mix in the cauliflower well. Garnish with lemon slice.
