Ingredients

  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup swerve
  • 4 onions sliced in circles
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put the onions and swerve into a pot on medium flame until sugar starts dissolving.

  2. Cover and cook on a low boil for 15 minutes, stirring every so often until the onions are clear and soft.

  3. Mix in the lemon juice.

  4. Lay the salmon down onto the onion mix.
