Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Asian Chicken Patties
- 1 1/2 lb ground chicken
- 3 Tbsp Wheat Free Tamari Sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed almonds
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup scallions chopped
- 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Mix all the ingredients except for the oil in a bowl.
Heat up the oil in a grill pan. Make the patties. Grill in the pan until a nice golden brown, about 6-7 minutes a side.
