- 1 cup almonds
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1/4 cup swerve
Dissolve the sugar in the water in a small pot. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes caramel like, meaning the mixture thickens and turns brown. Mix in the almonds until fully coated.
Prepare a baking tray with greased parchment paper. Pour out the mixture onto it and spread it around to make an even layer and let fully cool.
Chop the pieces to the size you desire.
